VeriCam System
The VeriCam System (VCS)
was designed to reduce undetected production problems using time or product
based freeze-frame image sampling or manual operation. The VCS is a compact
and cost sensitive stand-alone industrial quality assurance system
that can be installed on production equipment where line speeds make visual
inspection difficult or impossible.
Applications
Viewing inkjet printing at
mail table, opening station, or at the pocket.
Verification of product component matching
for mailing, inserting and gaming.
Packaging lines where
codes are printed in difficult to read areas.
Production lines
operating at high speeds over long distances.
Viewing high
speed manufacturing processes.
Hardware
Computer system
with custom developed software.
