The production proven MPS is a real time control system for driving up to 4 inkjet printers to personalize, image or code products and provide routing control for most production line equipment or transport mechanism applications.

• User-friendly menu-driven software implemented with built-in help manual.

• Production throughput: - 10 products per second.

• Product imaging with variable and fixed text elements and counters all independently assignable to any combination of print lines and inkjet printers.

• 1 inkjet printer serial output interface ports and 1 printer interface standard. Some inkjet printers require an optional printer output ports.

• System status monitoring and control of inkjet printer operation to minimize production waste.

• Production logging and statistics reporting.

• 4 routing and output signals are provided for stacker, divert gate and peripheral device control as an option.
