PostNet
Verification System
The PNVS
monitors bindery lines for unreadable PostNet bar codes being
printed by inkjet addressing systems. Upon determining a bad product,
the system can transmit the condition to the line controller or use the
internal contact closures to signal an error condition. Images of
actual production labels can be monitored visually with the available vision
system. Both the last product produced and the last project rejected
can be viewed. The PNVS also keeps a error log to assist in production
performance tracking.

The PVS is a compact and cost effective stand-alone industrial quality
assurance system that can be installed on most production line
equipment.

The CIPS
integrates barcode, magnetic stripe and OCR technologies to read a code or
personalized reference information from a product, search a data-base for
the corresponding variable information and then print that information on
the product with an inkjet printer.

The IBIS
is a cost effective retrofit solution enabling fast and easy compliance with
USPS postal discount requirements. The IBIS provides the ability for
line operators to identify bundles that have missing product for manual
insertion at the finishing end of the bindery line.
Keyline
Capture System
The KCS
was designed to audit the binding process of one or more production lines to
identify those books that were not produced and, in real-time, print
replacement labels for those missing books. For added quality
assurance and production optimization, the system provides real time
feedback of production status and makes the raw captured data available to
allow other types of statistical information about the job or production
line(s) to be reviewed after the job has been completed.

The MPS
is a production proven real time control system for driving up to 4 inkjet
printers to personalize, image or code products, and provide routing control
for most production line equipment or transport mechanism applications.
Matching
System
The CVS
is a real time control system that integrates OCR, barcode and
magnetic stripe technologies. The CVS reads codes or personalized reference
information from up to four different products and verifies that the printed
information on the products are matched within the same production process.
VeriCam
System
The VCS
was designed to reduce undetected production problems using time or
product based freeze-frame image sampling or manual operation with a
verifying camera. The VAS is a compact and cost sensitive stand-alone
industrial quality assurance system that can be installed on
production equipment where line speeds make visual inspection difficult or
impossible.
